Kitchen inventory
Know what's in your kitchen before it goes bad.
Stoviro's kitchen inventory keeps one list of the food in your fridge, freezer and pantry. Food close to its date comes first, so it gets cooked instead of forgotten.

How it works
Keep your kitchen list in three steps.
01
Tell it what you have
Say it out loud, like "a dozen eggs and rice in the pantry", type it in, or scan a photo of your fridge. A food's name is all it needs.
02
Keep it up to date
Tap Use to say how much you used, or Finish when it's gone. Every change shows an Undo, which puts the item back exactly as it was.
03
Cook what needs using
Food close to its date is listed first under Needs attention, and it's used first when Stoviro suggests what to cook.
Why use it
One list that stays true.
Talk instead of typing
Tell the AI what you bought and it adds each item with the amount and place you mention. For fresh food, it suggests when it usually goes off and saves that date if you agree.
See what to use soon
Search by name or brand, or filter by Use soon, Opened, Fridge, Freezer or Pantry. What's closest to its date is always at the top.
Details only if you want them
Add the date on the pack, whether it's opened, its category, brand, price or notes. Or skip them all, and tap common staples to add them in one go.
A shopping list built in
When you finish something, you're offered to add it to the list. Tick what you bought, then add it straight back to your kitchen.
Questions
Kitchen inventory FAQ
- Is the kitchen inventory free?
- Yes. Stoviro is free while it's in early access.
- How do I add food?
- Talk to the AI, add items by hand, tap common staples, or scan a photo of your fridge. Voice input works in Chrome, Edge and Safari, and you can type instead at any time.
- Do I have to enter expiration dates?
- No. Only the food's name is required. You can save the date on the pack, and when you add fresh food by voice, the AI suggests when it usually goes off and asks before saving it.
- Does it work with recipes?
- Yes. The AI recipe generator and the meal planner both build from your kitchen, and anything close to its date is used first in suggestions.
