About Stoviro

Every bite matters.

Stoviro began with a simple hope: that no good food should ever go to waste while someone, somewhere nearby, is going without a meal.

A note from our co-founder

Hello, I'm Basit.

Thank you sincerely for being here. It has always hurt me to see perfectly good food thrown away — food that someone worked hard to grow, cook and bring to the table.

Our goal is humble but heartfelt: to protect food from wastage, one kitchen at a time. Stoviro helps you see what you already have, cook it before it spoils, and, when you can't use it, pass it on to someone who can.

I truly believe that small acts of care, repeated by many of us, can make a real difference. I would be honoured to have you on this journey with us.

“The hardest part of cooking is opening the fridge and deciding what to make. That's the moment we built Stoviro for.”

What we believe

Food is too precious to waste.

Good food deserves to be eaten

Every meal that ends up in the bin carries the work of farmers, drivers, cooks and the person who paid for it. We want to honour that work by making sure food is enjoyed, not thrown away.

Small habits add up

Most waste happens quietly at home: a forgotten vegetable, leftovers pushed to the back of the fridge. Stoviro gently reminds you what you have and suggests what to cook, so less slips through.

Sharing is the kindest fix

Sometimes you simply won't eat what you have, and that's okay. When food is still good, the best place for it is with someone nearby who will be grateful for it.

Share your extra food

Have food you won't eat? Let it feed someone.

If you have food that is still fresh and safe to eat, but you know you're not going to finish it, you are warmly welcome to list it here. Someone in need nearby may be able to collect it — and your kindness becomes their next meal.

01

Tell us what you have

Sealed groceries, fresh produce, or a home-cooked meal you won't finish — as long as it is safe and good to eat.

02

Share where it is

An area or nearby landmark is enough. We never need your full address to get started.

03

Someone nearby gets a meal

People in need close to you can find it and collect it, so your food helps a neighbour instead of going to waste.

List food to share

Please only share food that is safe, unspoiled and fit to eat. Sharing is covered by our Terms.

Thank you for caring.
